it's a real masterpiece, it comes from BENNY CARTER'S SONG BOOK, he was 90 years old, peggy lee was much younger but already very sick.
this song, written by benny carter, had never been recorded before.
listen to the sweet sound of benny carter's alto saxophone, listen to the sweet sound of peggy lee's voice ....
like a strange reminiscence of billie holiday and lester young's unique combination of sounds ...

Don't want to react again to the sinister first anniversary! I think I did ok the first time.
Spent a beautiful dinner with one of my oldest friend listening to Peggy Lee, Shirley Horn and Anita O'Day! He does not like Ella and Sarah! Just like me! And just to say I'm not alone! Just teasing, don't want to fight! Take care and thanks again!
